Questionnaire for East Village Demonstration Project for Traffic Slowing and Parking

The town set up a Project Team  to work with the Me DOT  to see if there was a way to slow vehicles passing through a village area  in the most cost effective and efficient way.  Some permanent and temporary changes were made in August 2024 to test this including permanent speed-feedback signs paid by MeDOT and temporary plastic posts on the white and yellow line.  For those people who experienced these changes from August to Nov 1st, the town hopes that you will take the time to give your feedback this December so that we can learn what works what problems arose that we might fix with a different system in order to create a safer town for all.
