Request for Proposals: Arborist Tree Assessment

VASSALBORO – The Town of Vassalboro is requesting proposals from professionals to provide a tree assessment of trees located in some of the town’s cemeteries.

The Town is seeking a licensed arborist or forester to provide a map along with a formal assessment of health of trees within Nichols, Oak Grove, Webber Pond, Weeks, Union and Priest Hill cemeteries. The assessment will include images of the trees, health rating and a hazard scale showing why and what work they recommend.

Bids are due by noon Oct. 7, 2025 and can be emailed at amiller@vassalboro.net, dropped off at the Town Office at 682 Main St., Vassalboro, ME 04989, or mailed to PO Box 129, N. Vassalboro, ME 04962.
