LEGAL NOTICE TOWN OF VASSALBORO NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

The Vassalboro Selectboard will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, September 23, 2026, at 6:30 p.m. at the Vassalboro Town Office (682 Main Street).
The purpose of the hearing is to receive public comment on the proposed adoption of the Maine Municipal Association (MMA) General Assistance Ordinance and Appendices A–H for the period of October 1, 2026, to September 30, 2027.
A copy of the proposed ordinance and updated maximums is available for public review at the Town Office during regular business hours. All interested citizens are invited to attend and comment.
