1. Call to order – The meeting was called to order by Chairman Browne at 4:27 p.m.

2. Town Meeting Warrant – On a motion made by L. Titus, seconded by P. Haines, the Board voted unanimously to sign the town meeting warrant.

3. Other – The Board signed Treasurer’s warrant #70 to pay the State for motor vehicle registration fees. They also briefly discussed pre-buying heating fuel for next winter and by consensus gave Sabins the authority to enter into an agreement with Spring Brook Fuel for such purpose.

4. Adjourn – There being no further business to discuss, the meeting was adjourned at 4:30 p.m.
