1. Call to order – The meeting was called to order by Chairman John Melrose at 2:00 pm.

2. Executive session – On a motion made by R. Browne, seconded by B. Redmond, the Board voted unanimously to enter into an executive session pursuant to 1 MRSA, Section 405, subsection 6(A) for a personnel matter to conduct the Manager’s performance evaluation.

3. Adjourn – The Board returned to open session at 3:15 pm. There being no further business to discuss, the meeting was adjourned at 3:15 p.m.
