1. Call to order – The meeting was called to order by Chairman Haines at 2:00 p.m.
2. Special Town Meeting Warrant – On a motion made by R. Browne, seconded by P. Haines, the Board voted unanimously to sign the Special Town Meeting Referendum Warrant calling for a ratification vote on the school budget for Thursday, June 28, 2012. The polling hours will be held from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. This special referendum election is required due to the oversight of the omission of the ratification ballot at the recent municipal election held in conjunction with the annual town meeting.
3. Adjourn – There being no further business to discuss, the meeting was adjourned at 2:02 p.m.
