Others Present: Mary Sabins and Wage Consultant Laurie Bouchard via zoom.

1. Call to order – The meeting was called to order by Chairman Rob Browne at 4:30 pm.

2. Executive Session – On a motion made by B. Redmond, seconded by C. French, the Board voted unanimously at 4:30 pm to enter into an executive session with wage and benefit consultant Laurie Bouchard to discuss the results of the wage compensation study pursuant to 1 MRS section 405 (6)(A).

3. Adjourn – The Board returned to open session at 6:45 pm and promptly adjourned the meeting with no further action taken.
