1. Call the meeting to order.
2. Minutes: Review and approve the minutes of the September 15, 2022 meeting.
3. Public Hearing on the proposed “Town of Vassalboro Moratorium Ordinance on Commercial Solar Arrays” that will be presented to the voters for adoption at the Nov. 8, 2022 election.

4. Public Hearing on the annual General Assistance Ordinance updates recommended by the State prior to adoption by the Select Board.

5. John Melrose to discuss the capital needs of the town-owned Historical Society Building.
6. Discuss possible coverings for the new compactors at the transfer station.
7. Discuss Delta Ambulance coverage and future anticipated request for financial support in payment for those services next fiscal year.

8. Reschedule the Select Board Meeting that will fall on Thanksgiving Holiday (11/24/22) (Revisited from 9/15 meeting.)

9. Review draft budget committee meeting timeline schedule for upcoming budget season. (Revisited from 9/15 meeting.)

10. Reports:

a. Road Report

11. Approve Treasurer’s Warrants.
12. Other items as may be presented by the Town Manager or Board of Selectmen.
13. Adjourn
