4. Auditor Ron Smith to provide overview of completed FY19 audit.

5. Public Hearing prior to the adoption of the General Assistance Ordinance Appendices A-H.

6. Read and possibly adopt the annual Constitution Week Resolution.

7. Reports:

a. Road Report
b. Financial Report

8. Sign Treasurer’s Warrants.

9. Other items as may be presented by the Town Manager or Select Board.
