1. Call the meeting to order.
2. Minutes: Review and approve the minutes of the August 11, 2022 meeting.
3. Final reading of the proposed ordinance entitled: “Town of Vassalboro Moratorium Ordinance on Commercial Solar Arrays” and then certify contents of the Ordinance to the Town Clerk for reproduction.

4. Sign November 8, 2022 Special Referendum Warrant
5. Review and sign four BYOB Permits for events to be held at the St. Bridget Center.
6. Review and possibly adopt the Constitution Week proclamation.
7. Reschedule the Select Board Meeting that will fall on Thanksgiving Holiday (11/24/22).
8. Review draft budget committee meeting timeline schedule for upcoming budget season.
9. Reports:

a. Road Report
b. Police Report (August)
c. Transfer Station Report (May, June & July)
d. Treasurer’s Report (July and August)

10. Approve Treasurer’s Warrants.
11. Other items as may be presented by the Town Manager or Board of Selectmen.
12. Adjourn
