1. Call the meeting to order

2. Minutes: Review and approve the minutes of the August 16, 2012 meeting.

3. Discuss planned changes to the funding and bookkeeping policies and practices for the Recreation Department with the Recreation Director and the Recreation Committee Members.

4. David Jenney to discuss the possibility of having the Town assume responsibility for Cross Hill Cemetery.

5. Discuss possible disposal of tax acquired property located at Map 12, Lot 56 formerly owned by Patrick Sullivan.

6. Discuss and determine if any Selectmen are interested in attending the MMA Convention on October 3rd and 4th, and to appoint a voting delegate for the MMA Business Meeting to be held at the Convention.

7. Reports:

d. Financial Report

8. Sign Treasurer’s Warrants

9. Other items as may be presented by the Town Manager or Select Board.
