3. Discuss and possibly adopt revisions to the Procurement Policy.

4. Discuss and possibly adopt revisions to the Personnel Handbook to reflect an increase in the allowance for work boots for employees.

5. Make Registrar of Voters appointment.

6. Sign 2013 personal property tax abatement for Alvin Lotheridge.

7. Sign 2012 and 2013 real estate tax abatement for Robert & Robin Morton (uncollectible tax).

8. Reports:

a. Road Report
b. Police Report
c. First Responders Report

9. Sign Treasurer’s Warrants

10. Other items as may be presented by the Town Manager or Select Board.

11. Adjourn.
