1. Call the meeting to order.

2. Minutes: Review and approve the minutes of the August 20, 2020 meeting.

3. Auditor Ron Smith to provide overview of completed FY19 audit.

4. Public Hearing on distribution of funds from the TIF Development Fund. Both Maine Rivers (alewife restoration project) and the Vassalboro Sanitary District (sewer main project) are anticipating financial assistance this fall after filing applications for assistance this past spring.

5. Update from Calderwood Engineering representatives concerning their design work on the Gray Road culvert replacement project.

6. Fire Department members to speak with the Board about purchasing the fire truck approved at town meeting.

7. Reports:

a. Road Report
b. Police Report
c. Financial Report
d. First Responders’ Report

8. Sign Treasurer’s Warrants.

9. Other items as may be presented by the Town Manager or Select Board.

10. Adjourn
