2. Minutes: Review and approve the minutes of the October 14, 2010 meeting.

3. New Business:

a. Public Hearing prior to the adoption of the General Assistance Ordinance Appendixes.
b. Roadside Pedestrian and Bike Committee update.
c. Sign Junkyard and Hobbyist Renewal Permits that were approved but not completed at the last meeting.
d. Discuss request for early town office closure on Nov 18th to allow the staff to attend notary training in Augusta.
e. Discuss request for use of town office conference room for daytime AARP Driver Education training.

4. Reports:

a. Status Report
b. Road Report
c. Financial Report

5. Sign Treasurer’s Warrants

6. Other items as may be presented by the Town Manager or Select Board.

7. Adjourn.
