1. Call the meeting to order

2. Minutes: Review and approve the minutes of the October 8, 2015 meeting.

3. Municipal Review Committee (MRC) Director Ken Fletcher to provide an update on the solid waste disposal options being planned by the MRC in 2018 when the current contract with PERC expires.

4. Planning Board and Conservation Commission Members to discuss State guidelines for expansion in a Shoreland Zone.

5. Discuss and possibly award the bid for fire attack hose.

6. Discuss and possibly make appointment to fill vacancy on the Capital Expenses Committee.

7. Reports:

a. Road Report
b. Financial Report
c. First Responders’ Report

8. Sign Treasurer’s Warrants

9. Other items as may be presented by the Town Manager or Select Board.

10. Adjourn.
