2. Minutes: Review and approve minutes of the October 7, 2009 meeting.

3. New Business:

a. Gregory O’Halloran to present his revised consent agreement for Selectmen’s approval.
b. Public Hearing on General Assistance Ordinance revisions, and vote to adopt such revisions.
c. Sign AOS 92 Order calling for a public hearing to be held on the December 15th Special Referendum.

4. Reports:

a. Status Report
b. Road Report
c. Financial Report

5. Treasurer’s Warrants: #24 and #25

6. Other items as may be presented by the Town Manager or Select Board.

7. Adjourn.
