1. Call the Selectmen’s meeting to order.

2. Minutes: Review and approve the minutes of the September 19, 2018 meeting.

3. Public Hearing prior to the adoption of General Assistance Ordinance Appendices A-D.

4. Open and possibly award tax sale bids for the tax-acquired land on Harmony Lane, located at Tax Map 004, Lot 027E-2.

5. Consider dispatch service options for next fiscal year and beyond.

6. Discuss public safety/law enforcement expectations for the Town of Vassalboro.

7. Discuss and possibly complete the Mid-Maine Chamber ballot for Board of Directors.

8. Discuss and possibly take action on an old balance in the Credit Union Payroll Tax Account.

9. Discuss asking School for monthly report of activity, population count, building condition, etc.

10. Reports:

a. Road Report
b. First Responders’ Report
c. Police Report
d. Financial Report

11. Sign Treasurer’s Warrants

12. Other items as may be presented by the Town Manager or Select Board.
