1. Call the meeting to order

2. Minutes: Review and approve minutes of the November 5, 2008 meeting.

5. New Business:

a. Review and possibly award the bid for the sale of the public works truck.
b. Conservation Commission to update the Board on the work of their Committee.
c. Discuss proposed expansion of the critical habitat designation for Atlantic Salmon.
d. Discuss schedule for Town Office hours on Wednesday, December 24th; Friday, December 26th; and Selectmen’s meeting date for the last meeting in December (New Year’s Eve).
e. Discuss and possibly cast a ballot in the election for three Directors to serve on the Municipal Review Committee.
f. Update on planned Webber Pond Boat Ramp Renovations by the Dept. of Conservation.
g. Discuss request to create a sign ordinance.

6. Other items as may be presented by Town Manager or Select Board.
