1. Call the meeting to order

2. Minutes: Review and approve the minutes of the October 28, 2010 meeting.

3. New Business:

a. Public Hearing – Late applicant for an automobile hobbyist permit.
b. Discuss and possibly adopt new cemetery rules.
c. Discuss and possibly vote to authorize the town manager to sign the contract agreement with Efficiency Maine to administer the PACE program.
d. Discuss and possibly sign a Utility Location Permit for FairPoint Communications.
e. Renew Policy on Treasurer’s Disbursement Warrants for Employee Wages and Benefits
f. Discuss tentative schedule for upcoming budget meetings in 2011.
g. Discuss and set December meeting dates.
h. Cast Municipal Review Committee Board of Directors Election Ballot.
i. Discuss needed repairs to the China Lake Dam gates and gatehouse.

c. Financial Report
d. Police Report

5. Other items as may be presented by the Town Manager or Select Board.
