2. Minutes: Review and approve minutes of the November 4, 2009 meeting.

3. New Business:

a. Jim Lowell and Peter Victor to discuss their repair and restoration efforts at the Rancourt Farm, and possible future offering of a Conservation Easement to the Town.
b. Discuss possible change in town office hours of operation.
c. Discuss and possibly set upcoming holiday hours for town departments.
d. Discuss Spirit of America Award presentation (revisited).
e. Discuss and possibly complete the candidate ballot for the Municipal Review Committee.

4. Reports:

a. Status Report
b. Road Report
c. Financial Report

5. Sign Treasurer’s Warrants

6. Other items as may be presented by the Town Manager or Select Board.
