1. Call the Selectmen’s meeting to order. Welcome new Selectman John Melrose, and elect Chairman.

2. Minutes: Review and approve the minutes of the October 19, 2017 meeting.

3. Joe Presti to discuss purchasing from the Town, the tax acquired twelve parcels in the subdivision on Ilona Drive.

4. David Jenney to discuss the following items:

a. Cross Hill Cemetery update.
b. Postcard notification for Town Meeting.
c. Town website/communication.

5. Discuss possible extension of existing solid waste hauling contracts through March 31st, and possible new bid process for hauling contracts effective April 1st naming the Fiberight Plants in Hampden as the destination site.

6. Cast our ballot in the Municipal Review Committee (MRC) election for their Board of Directors.

7. Discuss status of November 30th meeting, and determine Board Member’s interest in attending the MMA Elected Officials Workshop in Augusta that same evening.

8. Update on Window Dresser’s Community Build Project.

9. Reports:

a. Road Report
b. Police Report
c. First Responders’ Report
d. Financial Report

10. Sign Treasurer’s Warrants

11. Other items as may be presented by the Town Manager or Select Board.
