5. Review and possibly adopt the revised version of the Police Chief’s job description (revisited from 10/18/18 and 11/1/18 mtgs.).

6. Review of information collected related to the LED streetlight conversion project (revisited from the 10/18/18 and 11/1/18 mtgs.).

7. Discuss cable franchise renewal process.

8. Distribute tentative budget timeline and meeting dates for FY20.

9. Reports:

10. Sign Treasurer’s Warrants

11. Other items as may be presented by the Town Manager or Select Board.
