5. Discuss filling vacancies on the Appeals Board (if any statements of interest are received).

6. Distribute 2020-21 budget season tentative meeting timeline.

7. Reports:

c. Transfer Station Report

8. Sign Treasurer’s Warrants.

9. Other items as may be presented by the Town Manager or Select Board.
