1. Call the meeting to order.
2. Minutes: Review and approve the minutes of the October 27, 2022 meeting.
3. Vivian Flamm to present a request for creation of a town dog park.

4. John Reuthe, President of Webber Pond Lake Association, to discuss concerns over Webber Pond water quality.

5. Discuss extending Alewife Harvester contract for another five years.

6. Reports:

a. Road Report
b. Police Report

7. Approve Treasurer’s Warrants.
8. Other items as may be presented by the Town Manager or Board of Selectmen.
9. Executive Session to discuss a personnel matter pursuant to 1 MRSA, section 405 (6)(A). The Board will meet with Eaton Peabody Consulting Group to review applications for the Town Manager position.
