1. Call the meeting to order

2. Minutes: Review and approve the minutes of the October 24, 2013 meeting.

3. Matt Weaver of First Advisors to provide an update on the Town’s financial investment portfolio.

4. Revisit Solid Waste Hauling Bid decision made at the last meeting and possibly take additional action.

5. Renew the annual Payroll Disbursement Policy.

6. Cast a ballot for the MRC Board of Directors election.

7. Consider and take any required action on an abatement request made by Ronald Patterson.

8. Set Christmas holiday hours for the town departments.

9. Reports:

a. Status Report
b. Road Report
c. Police Report

10. Sign Treasurer’s Warrants

11. Other items as may be presented by the Town Manager or Select Board.

12. Adjourn.
