2. Minutes: Review and approve minutes of the October 21, 2009 meeting.

3. New Business:

a. Public Hearing on amending the Reorganization Plan and the Interlocal Agreement of the Kennebec Valley Consolidated Schools AOS.
b. Discuss option to offer Direct Deposit payroll services to the staff.
c. Discuss and determine level of interest in participation in the Spirit of America Award program again this year.
d. Sign quitclaim deed for an old undischarged tax lien for property located at Map 8, Lot 72.

4. Reports:

a. Status Report
b. Road Report
c. Police Report

5. Sign Treasurer’s Warrants

6. Other items as may be presented by the Town Manager or Select Board.
