1. Call the meeting to order.

2. Minutes: Review and approve the minutes of the May 12, 2022 meeting.

3. Marijuana Business Permit hearing – Applicant: Hayden Poupis; Business location: 63 Old Meadow Road/Map 2, Lot 87-14.

4. Review and possibly vote to adopt the Kennebec County Hazard Mitigation Plan – 2021 Update.

5. Peggy Horner, representing the Vassalboro Conservation Commission, will present information on the Maine Community Resiliency Partnership.

6. Amy Davidoff to provide an update on Broadband coverage needs in town.

7. Set summer Board meeting schedule.

8. Discuss and possibly approve a 2018 Personal Property Abatement for a business that closed in 2017.

9. Discuss possible amendments that will be needed at Town Meeting to some financial articles on the Warrant.

10. Reports:

a. Road Report

11. Approve Treasurer’s Warrants.

12. Other items as may be presented by the Town Manager or Board of Selectmen.
