3. Matt Streeter to discuss final fishway design for Outlet Stream Dam.

4. Discuss any available updates on how and when our Town Meeting and Municipal Election can be conducted during pandemic social distancing requirements.

5. Reports:

6. Other items as may be presented by the Town Manager or Select Board.

7. Adjourn
