1. Call the meeting to order

2. Minutes: Review and approve the minutes of the April 28, 2011 meeting.

3. New Business:

a. Bob Turner to present MDOT approved copy of the Pedestrian and Bike Plan.
b. Review and sign final version of the annual town meeting warrant.
c. Review and sign certifications for the ordinances to be posted with the warrant.
d. Review old Richard Chenette legal case and possibly take action necessary to close the case.
e. Sign necessary Quit Claim Deeds.
f. Review list of foreclosed property and take whatever action deemed necessary.
g. Accept the resignation of Paul Mitnik from the Planning Board and possibly take action to fill the Board vacancy. (Revisited.)
h. Renew Alcohol and Controlled Substances Testing Policy (as revised).

4. Reports:

a. Status Report
b. Road Report
c. Police Report

5. Sign Treasurer’s Warrants

6. Other items as may be presented by the Town Manager or Select Board.

7. Adjourn.
