1. Call the meeting to order

2. Minutes: Review and approve minutes of the March 11, 2009 meeting.

3. Treasurer’s Warrants: #55 and #56

4. Reports:

a. Status Report
b. Road Report
c. Financial Report

5. New Business:

a. Discuss draft of the Adult Entertainment Ordinance being considered for adoption at the June Town Meeting.
b. Paul Mitnik to update the Board on proposed revisions to the Shoreland Zoning Ordinance at the upcoming June Town Meeting.
c. Paul Mitnik to discuss the proposed Enforcement and Appeal of Ordinances document he has prepared.
d. Discuss possible candidates for moderator for the Annual Town Meeting.
e. Sign Quitclaim Deed for Douglas and Michelle Knowles, Map 008/Lot 075-3.

6. Other items as may be presented by Town Manager or Select Board.

7. Adjourn.

After this meeting, the Selectmen will meet with the Budget Committee at 7:00 p.m. to work on the proposed 2009-10 budget.
