1. Call the meeting to order.

2. Minutes: Review and approve the minutes of the March 4, 2021 meeting.

3. Investment Advisor Matt Weaver to provide the annual investment report.

4. Review and renew the Investment Policy.

5. Discuss possibly engaging the services of a wage consultant.

6. Sign Marijuana Ordinance Certification form and set Public Hearing date.

7. Discuss Town Meeting Warrant article format.

8. Discuss referendum election questions, process and timeline.

9. Chairman Melrose to provide update on land agreement with Kennebec Water District.

10. Discuss Transfer Station renovation project.

11. Reports:

a. Road Report
b. Treasurer’s Report

12. Approve Treasurer’s Warrants.

13. Other items as may be presented by the Town Manager or Select Board.

14. Adjourn – A Budget Committee meeting is scheduled to commence at 7:00 pm immediately following this meeting located at the VCS gymnasium.
