a. Discuss and possibly award Energy Bids.
b. Elizabeth Reuthe to present her proposal to facilitate public round-table discussion meetings with the topic of land use regulations.
c. Work on proposed Investment Policy.
d. Review the draft Animal Control Ordinance.

4. New Business:

a. Review list of foreclosed property
b. Sign China Lake Dam operations renewal agreement with KWD.
c. Discuss whether to close the Transfer Station on Easter Sunday.

5. Reports:

a. Status Report
b. Road Report
c. Financial Report

6. Sign Treasurer’s Warrants

7. Other items as may be presented by the Town Manager or Select Board.
