3. Matt Weaver from First Advisors to provide an update on the Town’s financial investment account.

4. DP Industries owner Brent Dugal and KVCOG Representative Gail Chase to request the Town’s assistance with CDBG funding assistance.

5. Discuss and possibly adopt a revised version of the Restricted Vehicle Weight on Posted Roads Ordinance.

6. Discuss town report dedication.

7. Reports:

b. Road Report
c. Police Report

8. Sign Treasurer’s Warrants

9. Other items as may be presented by the Town Manager or Select Board.
