1. Call the Selectmen’s meeting to order.

2. Minutes: Review and approve the minutes of the February 21, 2019 meeting.

3. Investment Advisor Matt Weaver to discuss the progress of our portfolio and to review the current investment policy.

4. Renew or revise the Investment Policy

5. Check-in on Fire Department training opportunities with Fire Chief Eric Rowe.

6. Discuss and possibly award the solid waste hauling bid.

7. Discuss proposed Outlet Dam operations renewal agreement received from Kennebec Water District.

8. Discuss sidewalks in the North Village area and whether to recommend replacement when MDOT reconstructs Route #32 (Main Street).

9. Reports:

a. Road Report
b. Police Report

10. Sign Treasurer’s Warrants

11. Other items as may be presented by the Town Manager or Select Board.

12. Adjourn (this meeting to be followed by a Budget Committee meeting at 7:00 p.m.)
