1. Call the meeting to order.

2. Minutes: Review and approve the minutes of the February 18, 2021 meeting.

3. Discuss land agreement with Kennebec Water District

4. Discuss tax acquired property.

5. Discuss MaineDOT request for issuance of over limit permit.

6. Budget Deliberations (if any) on the proposed FY21-22 budget and process.

7. Reports:

a. Road Report
b. Police Report
8. Approve Treasurer’s Warrants.

9. Other items as may be presented by the Town Manager or Select Board.

10. Adjourn – A Budget Committee meeting is scheduled to commence at 7:00 pm immediately following this meeting located at the VCS gymnasium.
