2. Spirit of America Award Presentation to Lori Fowle. Meeting recess and refreshments to follow.
   
   
3. Minutes: Review and approve minutes of the February 4, 2010 meeting.
   
   
4. New Business:
   a. CEO Paul Mitnik to discuss Jonathan Blumberg property and need for junkyard permit.
   b. Review results of the request for proposals for Assessing Services.
   c. Discuss Energy Grant award and make plans to proceed with grant implementation.
   d. Review mowing bid specifications before bid process begins.
   e. Discuss Recreation Director appointment
   f. Review and discuss letter from Dept. of Public Safety regarding Policy Board vacancies.
   
   
5. Reports:
   a. Status Report
   b. Road Report
   c. Police Report
   d. Financial Report
   
   
6. Sign Treasurer’s Warrants
   
   
7. Other items as may be presented by the Town Manager or Select Board.
   
   
8. Executive session to discuss a personnel matter pursuant to 1 MRSA, Section 405, subsection 6(A).
