1. Call the meeting to order.

2. Minutes: Review and approve the minutes of the February 16, 2022 and February 17, 2022 meetings.

3. Public Hearing – Auto Graveyard License for Robert Parise, d/b/a Platinum & Core, LLC, located at 1702 Riverside Drive, Vassalboro. Tax Map 002, Lot 018.

4. Public Hearing – Medical Marijuana Business license applications for Leo Barnett (building owner), Colin Dorsey, William Cunningham, Zeena McMullen, and Jason Luce. All applicants are applying for businesses that will be located at 55A Old Meadows Road, Vassalboro. Tax Map 002, Lot 87-14.

5. Progress report (if any) from CEO Ryan Page on the dangerous building located at 14 Priest Hill Road.

6. Discuss and possibly vote to approve/adopt the 2021 County EMA Hazard Mitigation Plan.

7. Discuss request to sign a Quitclaim Deed for Roy and Arlene Strahan to discharge a town CDBG Rehabilitation mortgage from 1989.

8. Review findings from ARPA usage workshop and possibly make funding decisions.

9. Reports:

b. Police Report
c. Financial Report (January)

10. Approve Treasurer’s Warrants.

11. Other items as may be presented by the Town Manager or Board of Selectmen.
