1. Call the Selectmen’s meeting to order.

2. Minutes: Review and approve the minutes of the June 14, 2018 meeting.

3. Public Hearing to discuss acceptance of a Public Infrastructure CDBG Grant.

4. Review and possibly award the tax sale bid for property located at 1005 Main Street.

5. Discuss and seek public input on cancellation of the Route #3 Rest Area lease.

6. Discuss sample Budget Committee Ordinance and possible creation of guidelines for that Committee.

7. Discuss and provide guidance on reinvestment of a Certificate of Deposit that is about to mature.

8. Establish amounts to be carried forward into next fiscal year from expense accounts in the current fiscal year.

9. Make annual appointments for the upcoming year.

10. Cast a ballot for the MMA Legislative Policy Committee.

11. Reports:

b. First Responders’ Report
c. Financial Report Report

12. Sign Treasurer’s Warrants

13. Other items as may be presented by the Town Manager or Select Board.

14. Adjourn
