1. Call the meeting to order.

2. Minutes: Review and approve the minutes of the June 13, 2019 meeting.

3. Joint meeting with the Budget Committee to approve the transfer of funds to cover an overdraft in the Streetlight expense account.

4. Rick Denico to discuss removal of an abandoned mobile home belonging to someone else that has been left on his family’s property on Cook Hill Road.

5. Discuss and provide authorization to carry forward certain unexpended balances into next fiscal year.

6. Make annual reappointments and new appointments to fill upcoming vacancies on various Town Boards, Offices, and Committees.

7. Reports:

a. Road Report
b. Treasurer’s Report
c. First Responders Report

8. Sign Treasurer’s Warrants

9. Other items as may be presented by the Town Manager or Select Board.

10. Adjourn
