1. Call the meeting to order

2. New Business:

a. Open and possibly award tax sale bids.

b. Discuss with the Budget Committee the need to transfer funds from the Solid Waste Department budget to the Administration budget to cover an overdraft.

c. Discuss carry forward amounts from the current fiscal year budget into next year.

d. Fire Chief Eric Rowe to discuss disposal of the 1978 fire truck as approved by the Town.

3. Sign Treasurer’s Warrants

4. Other items as may be presented by the Town Manager or Select Board.

5. Adjourn.
