1. Call the meeting to order and welcome to new Board Member Rick Denico.

2. Elect a Board Chair to preside over the FY22-23 Board meetings.

3. Minutes: Review and approve the minutes of the June 9, 2022 meeting.

4. Discuss possible construction of a covering over the new trash compactor(s) at the transfer station.

5. Update on dangerous building situation on 14 Priest Hill Road.

6. Make annual reappointments for staff, boards, and committees.

7. Consider carry forward amounts into next fiscal year.

8. Consider a vote to use the contingency fund to cover any budget overdrafts in Administration.

9. Reports:

a. Road Report
b. Financial Report (May)

10. Approve Treasurer’s Warrants.

11. Other items as may be presented by the Town Manager or Board of Selectmen.

12. Adjourn
