2. Minutes: Review and approve the minutes of the June 7, 2012 and June 13, 2012 meetings.

3. Sign Quit Claim Deeds for Coyote Ridge Road Association to the tax acquired Coyote Ridge Subdivision property.

4. Review and possibly award the materials bid for the Recreation Fields Drainage Project.

5. Review and make any necessary appointments for the upcoming year.

6. Review and approve any carry forward amounts into the next fiscal year.

7. Discuss and possibly approve the purchase of a new photocopier.

8. Renew the Treasurer’s Disbursement Policy for State Fees.

9. Reports:

a. Status Report
b. Road Report
c. Financial Report

10. Sign Treasurer’s Warrants

11. Other items as may be presented by the Town Manager or Select Board.

12. Adjourn.
