1. Call the meeting to order

2. Minutes: Review and approve the minutes of the June 9, 2011 meeting.

3. New Business:

a. Award new plow truck bids.
b. Award energy grant bids.
c. Make annual appointments.
d. Renew annual Treasurer’s Warrant Disbursement Policy for State Fees.
e. Sign Assessing Contract renewal with RJD Appraisals.
f. Sign Quit Claim Deed to release old undischarged tax liens from 1934 and 1954.
g. Review and possibly sign authorization to carry forward specific funds into next fiscal year.

4. Reports:

a. Status Report
b. Road Report
c. Financial Report

5. Sign Treasurer’s Warrants

6. Other items as may be presented by the Town Manager or Select Board.

7. Adjourn.
