1. Call the meeting to order

2. Elect a new Chairman to preside over the meetings for the upcoming year.

3. Minutes: Review and approve the minutes of the June 6, 2013 meeting.

4. Open and possibly award the bids for the sale of the tax acquired property on Webber Pond Road known as Map 006, Lot 028.

5. Review and possibly award the Playground Equipment bid for the recreation field area.

6. Review and possibly award the paving bid.

7. Renew annual policy on Treasurer’s Disbursement Warrants for Disbursement of State Fees.

8. Review and make any necessary appointments for the upcoming year.

9. Review and approve any carry forward amounts into the next fiscal year.

10. Reports:

a. Status Report
b. Road Report
c. Financial Report

11. Sign Treasurer’s Warrants

12. Other items as may be presented by the Town Manager or Select Board.

13. Adjourn.
