2. Minutes: Review and approve the minutes of the June 4, 2015 meeting.

3. Elect a new Chair of the Select Board.

4. Discuss and possibly award the paving bid.

5. Mike Vashon to discuss school warrant process.

6. Renew Disbursement Policy for State Fees.

7. Discuss and possibly sign a CMP Pole Permit request form.

8. Review and sign the annual unexpended funds carry forward authorization.

9. Make annual reappointments.

10. Reports:

a. Road Report
b. First Responders’ Report
c. Financial Report

11. Sign Treasurer’s Warrants

12. Other items as may be presented by the Town Manager or Select Board.

13. Adjourn.
