1. Call the meeting to order
2. Elect a new Chairman.
3. Minutes: Review and approve the minutes of the June 2, 2016 meeting.
4. Fire Department members to discuss procurement process for the new fire truck that was approved at the annual town meeting on June 6th.
5. Make required annual appointments, and sign appointment papers.
6. Discuss and possibly sign authorization to carry forward specific unused funds into next fiscal year.
7. Renew annual Disbursement Policy for State Fees.
8. Reports:
a. Road Report
9. Sign Treasurer’s Warrants
10. Other items as may be presented by the Town Manager or Select Board.
11. Adjourn.
