1. Call the Selectmen’s meeting to order and elect a chairman for the new fiscal year.

2. Minutes: Review and approve the minutes of the May 18, 2017 meeting.

3. Review and possibly award the paving bid.

4. Sign assessing contract for the new fiscal year.

5. Sign the China Lake boat launch renovation agreement with the State.

6. Vote to instruct the Town Manager to notify the MRC on the Selectmen’s behalf, of the voter’s decision to approve the PUT Option.

7. Renew disbursement policy for State fee payments.

8. Make necessary appointments and sign appointment papers.

9. Reports:

a. Road Report
b. First Responders’ Report
c. Police Report
d. Financial Report
a. Discuss possible overdraft in the Public Safety Department budget

10. Sign Treasurer’s Warrants

11. Other items as may be presented by the Town Manager or Select Board.

12. Adjourn
