1. Call the meeting to order.

2. Minutes: Review and approve the minutes of the May 14, 2020 meeting.

3. Garvan Donegan to report on his recommendations for TIF Planning and development as outlined in his scoping document after recent study.

4. Public Hearing on an application received from Vassalboro Sanitary District for TIF funding in the amount of $166,000 for the sewer pipeline project.

5. Discuss and possibly award the paving bid.

6. Discuss possible closure of the Town Office on 7/14 Primary Election Day.

7. Discuss and set dates for July and August Selectmen’s meetings.

8. Discuss 2007 Chevy Impala cruiser disposal.

9. Sign Treasurer’s Warrants.

10. Sign previously approved town meeting, accounts payable, and payroll warrants.

11. Reports:

a. Road Report
b. Police Report
c. Financial Report
d. Transfer Station Report
e. First Responders Report

12. Other items as may be presented by the Town Manager or Select Board.
