1. Call the meeting to order

2. Minutes: Review and approve the minutes of the May 22, 2013 meeting.

3. Earl Vannah would like to discuss the mowing contractor’s performance this year.

4. Discuss and possibly award the propane fuel bid.

5. Discuss and approve grave digger permit applications.

6. Reports:

a. Status Report
b. Road Report
c. Police Report

7. Sign Treasurer’s Warrants

8. Other items as may be presented by the Town Manager or Select Board.

9. Executive session pursuant to 1 MRSA, Section 405, Subsection 6(A) to discuss a personnel matter (Town Manager’s evaluation).

10. Take action concerning renewal of the Town Manager’s employment contract.

11. Adjourn.
