2. Minutes: Review and approve the minutes of the May 22, 2014 meeting.

3. Review and possibly award the propane gas bid.

4. Revisit nominations for the MMA Legislative Policy Committee.

5. Discuss changing the time of next Board meeting (6/19) to allow the Board time to attend a PERC informational meeting in Waterville.

6. Discuss and possibly set the date for June 2015 town meeting at the request of AOS 92 Finance Director.

7. Reports:

b. Police Report

8. Sign Treasurer’s Warrants

9. Other items as may be presented by the Town Manager or Select Board.

10. Adjourn.
